Another incredible milestone: Soraya Moyce celebrates 40 years of service at Conlog

We are so proud of our treasured team member, Soraya Moyce, who has just reached the amazing milestone of 40 years of loyalty, service and dedication with Conlog. Over the past four decades, Soraya has been an essential part of our team, and we are delighted that she has stayed with our company throughout her career. 

Soraya first joined Conlog in the early 80s as an operator in the Automotive Department. Today, she is a Production Team Leader in Printed Board Assembly, applying her significant experience and expertise to ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency. 

Conlog has supported Soraya throughout her career, giving her various opportunities to grow and develop her skills. Looking back, Soraya is grateful to our company for enabling her to achieve academic excellence at the age of 42, as well as the constant support over the years. As she says, there’s never a dull moment at Conlog!  

Of course, there is more than one reason Soraya has stayed with Conlog for all these years. Beyond the exceptional support she has received, she fell in love with the Conlog culture – one of sharing, inclusivity and honesty, where everyone is part of the Conlog family.  

Soraya is due to retire soon, and while we will be sad to see her go, we are happy that she will be able to spend some quality time with her grandchildren and continue to pursue her passion for cooking and baking.
