Malacca Road project

Our focus for Mandela Day 2020 Socioeconomic Development initiative was on the Malacca Road Settlement in Redhill, Durban North. The community was left devastated by a horrendous fire that burnt 75 homes while leaving many members of the community homeless. Conlog donated 75 gas stoves to the devastated households to aid them in rebuilding their lives. “Giving back to people that need resources more should be part of everyone’s ethos. It certainly is part of our DNA at Conlog. I am proud of the work that we have undertaken to provide some relief to the people in Malacca road. I hope that their lives have been enriched in the process.” Sibusiso Skosana
