Align all sustainability activities with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on people, planet and prosperity.

Establish a formal governance process for strategy

Facilitate strategic discussions by formalising regular, focused forums amongst our teams. These forums will elevate strategic conversations, ensure inclusivity in strategic goal-setting and instil a culture of accountability across our business.

GROWTH

Determine how to elevate the products business to the next level

Optimise our products business by revising our expansion plan to be more ambitious and robust. This revision will cement our current market footprint and guide new market expansion such that we are efficient, sustainable and relevant in the markets we serve.
