UIU
Accessing your meter data
The use of split meters has been a game-changing innovation in the prepayment industry, seeing a metering device that is installed outside the consumer’s premises with a small User Interface Unit (UIU) positioned in the premises. The UIU is a small keypad device that enables the consumer to enter their electricity credit and access some functionality, such as a variety of consumption data.
