Executive Team
Logan Moodley
Logan Moodley focuses on the global development and growth of Conlog’s business interests. He previously held roles as Acting General Manager, Commercial Director, and Regional Sales Manager before becoming CEO. Logan holds an MBL from SBL, UNISA, and a BSc in Computer Science and Physics from UKZN. With 22 years of experience in the electricity metering sector, Logan brings extensive expertise to his leadership role.
Zaheera Tayob
Zaheera Tayob, a Chartered Accountant (SA) with a BCom (Hons), has extensive experience in the electricity sector, specializing in financial management. Her expertise ensures meticulous financial oversight at Conlog, while she continually identifies opportunities for improvement.
Ryno Archer
Ryno holds a B-Com Accounting and B-Compt (Hons) degree with more than 30 years’ experience in a large multinational company and leadership roles as CFO, Vice President Logistics, and Vice President Business Operations. He brings a wealth of knowledge in financial management, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency.
Ashleigh Laullchander
Ashleigh Laullchander has over two decades of leadership experience, specialising in commercial strategy, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. He has worked across diverse sectors including banking, fintech, IoT, AI, cloud, and connectivity. Ashleigh holds a Master’s in Digital Business from Wits Business School, a Master’s in Business Leadership from UNISA, and a degree in Business Management and Leadership from the University of the Free State.
Ahmed Ashruf
Ahmed Ashruf is an experienced executive with nearly two decades in the electrical, electronic technology manufacturing, and automotive industries. He holds an MBA, a BCom (Hons), and a BTech in HR Management. Ahmed is skilled in human capital strategy, organizational development, talent management, and more.
Lance Hawkins-Dady
Lance Hawkins-Dady is an experienced R&D executive with a strong background in electronic and electrical product design and manufacturing. He holds a PDG and a National Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering (LC). Since joining Conlog in 1992, Lance has served in various roles, showcasing his skills across multiple engineering disciplines.
